Ubuntu 12.04
Much has been written about the advent of Ubuntu 12.04. The much-maligned Unity interface is actually quite usable, finally. The Acer Aspire Timeline 1810T wireless card (an Intel 5100 AGN) did not work after resuming from a suspend-to-RAM. But a simple upgrade from kernel version 3.2 to 3.3.0 seems to have solved the problem.
